Please note that you may only register for one singles event and one doubles event. For those playing in singles and doubles, the 3rd event is World Team Tennis.
Payment must be made through the GLTF Tournament Software Website via Paypal.
Your application with full USD$ payment will be confirmed by e-mail. Contact the Registrations and Scheduling Co-Director at email@example.com if you do not receive this information.
Full refund will be given for withdrawals made by Sunday, May 8, and in case of tournament cancellation announced prior to May 28. Events with fewer than four participants may be canceled. If you are entered in a canceled event, you will have the following options: 1) elect to play in a higher division (if space is available), 2) request a partial refund of your registration fee to reflect the canceled event, or 3) withdraw from the tournament with a full registration fee refund. Women whose event is canceled due to low turnout can request to be placed in an appropriate men's draw. If the entire tournament is canceled after May 22 due to inclement weather and no matches are held, players may receive a partial refund.
A waiting list will be maintained for all entries received after the draw limit has been reached. These players will be contacted individually.
Waiver of Liability
By registering to play in the USGO, the player waives any potential claims against the GLTF, the GLTF Board of Directors, the facilities, the GLTA, and the GLTA officers.
Players under 18 years old may play with signed approval from legal guardian.
Players' names will be posted on the GLTA website and tournament website.
